100 years of the Manor Hall Association and celebrating the life of Christopher Didcote

This year marks the centenary of the Manor Hall Association, which first formed in 1925 as the Elton House Association before Manor Hall was constructed.

Since 2021, the Manor Hall community has lost three remarkable figures: Dr Martin Crossley Evans, Mrs Lilian Edna Brown and Mr Christopher Andrew Didcote.

They were also all very active members of the MHA committee. The passing of Chris in December 2024 was a particular shock considering how young he was. The few passionate committee members remaining have a strong desire to maintain the Manor Hall spirit but we are always on the lookout for those that would like to lend a hand in ensuring new ideas help us to engage with more Manor Hall alumni and continue into the future.
