Summer Ball 2017

The Association's Summer Ball is the biggest event in our social calendar and sees current and former Manor Residents coming together to mark the end of the academic year. This black tie event is held in honour of those Manor residents who are about to have their degrees conferred upon them by the University and serves as a fitting end to their undergraduate careers - back at the place where it all began, as well as providing an ideal occasion for alumni to reunite and current residents to see out their year in Manor in style.

This year's Ball will be on Saturday, 3th June in Manor Hall and will include:

• Drinks Reception
• Five Course Dinner with Cheese, Port and Coffee
• Live Entertainment
• DJ Set Until Late

Ticket Types

There are a number of different ticket types available for this event, the most cost effective way to purchase tickets is to either book early or buy as a table of ten. Please be aware that demand for this event is usually high, with early bird tickets selling out in an hour last year, so we advise booking early to avoid disappointment. Early bird tickets are available to everyone.

How to Buy

Tickets will be available online from 1st March using Eventbrite and can be purchased here on our website, through our Facebook page or directly through Eventbrite.

Waiting List

As capacity for dinner is limited we advise you to book early as in previous years this event has sold out very quickly. Should all meal tickets sell out again this year a waiting list will be in operation, any tickets that become available will be released to the names on this list on a first come first served basis. Please note that you will only have 24 hours to complete your order before the ticket is offered to the next person on the list. If you have already purchased an Entertainment Only ticket this will be refunded upon payment for your meal ticket.
