MHA Centenary and Memorial for Christopher Didcote August 2025

As part of the University of Bristol alumni weekend on 16th August we held a special event in Manor Hall. We were celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Manor Hall Association (formed in 1925 as the Elton House Association) and remembering the life of our Vice President and dear friend, Christopher Didcote, who passed away on December 2024. The history display, food and drinks reception were well-received along with unveiling of the bench in honour of Chris in the garden below Manor House. The tours around Manor Hall, the annexes and gardens were well-received along with a look inside the newly refurbished Manor House.
